It is a club, not a fund manager. All transactions are for club membership not for investment. The club membership fees are non-refundable and will expire and require renewal after one year; however for those that join before the 22nd of May, 2008, they will be required to renew their membership after two (2) years.
All the associated deals, opportunities and programs are put in place to achieve the overall objective of the club and can be modified or scrapped at anytime if not serving this purpose as deemed necessary by the club managers.
If you decide to join, it is because you have agreed to be bound by the objectives, values and ideals of the New Nigeria. It also means you have read the terms and conditions of membership and agree to it.
If the management of this club is provided with any information that explicitly reveals behaviors or conduct contrary to the objectives, values or ideals of this club, by any club member or public media, such a club member will be placed before a peer review panel of club members and can be removed from the club and benefits programs after following due process, without explanation by the club managers.
