PATRIOTIC
Notable and civilized people and nations of the world have a common value, concept and culture that, however unspoken it may be, is a national identity. What does Nigeria stand for or what does a Nigerian stand for? This question can be answered in different ways: corruption, injustice, indiscipline etc. We believe this is the creed of the old Nigeria. We believe the new Nigeria and the new Nigerian should stand for something special that will identify us and that we will identify with, we believe that a Nigerian is PATRIOTIC.
The word PATRIOTIC is further broken down as follows;
Problem solvers: It is very easy to identify the problems. What problem are you solving? We believe Nigeria will not be great in a day but if it must be great at all we must all join hands to be solutions to the problems rather than problems to the solutions. Rather than point fingers and blame the Government, we constantly seek ways to add value to our nation Nigeria. We seek for creative ways to help solve the little problems in our immediate environment.

Aspirational: We believe that the problems of Nigeria can be placated only if Nigerians will aspire to see something great happen in their nation. We try to be the best we can be. We do not settle for anything less than the best. We believe that only the best is good enough.

Timely: Paying attention to moments and planning, implementing and developing should be done with a sense of urgency in mind. We should imbibe the culture of keeping to time in all that we do as New Nigerians. We do not believe in African time where you delay by an hour or more before showing up for a meeting or an event.
Role Models: Nigeria today is in desperate need of those who the younger generation can look up to as positive mentors. We lack the existence e of positive individuals of integrity who can inspire and spark up change in our nation. We as New Nigerians live lives worthy of emulation which young minds can draw inspiration from. Our society is not value driven, but rather, money driven. We set the right standards for the generation that will come after us.
Integrity: it’s the hallmark of progress and we believe it is what is lacking in our cultural fabric. There is a negative image of Nigeria and Nigerian’s at home and abroad. When Nigeria is mentioned, the thoughts that come to mind are corruption, bad leadership poverty amongst others. Integrity has been thrown blatantly into the garbage. We in the New Nigeria club believe in positive change and influence and we stand for what we believe. Our word is our bond. In the New Nigeria we keep to our word and can be held accountable for all our words and actions.
Outstanding: we yearn to be unique in all we do. We do not compete but we stand out, and we do things differently each person fulfilling a unique assignment and role in his/her own world. We put in our best in every thing we do. We are exceptional and seek for the highest standards.
Trustworthy: we believe trust is earned not given and when earned can be lost if not properly maintained. We are trustworthy in all our endeavors. We can be relied upon to deliver on our words.
Impactful: we believe the essence of life is impact. We believe we must leave our footprints in the sands of time and that in whatever little way we must be a positive influence in our world. We are affecting our generation positively. We intend to leave a better Nigeria for our children than the one we met.
Compassionate: We hold compassion dear in all our daily activities. We believe in a Nigeria where the strong help the weak. We give a helping hand to the poor, the needy and the less privileged. We show love to the disabled and all those who won’t notice the change in Nigeria as it happens.
